Hubby’s Yorkshire puds

Perfect every time and so easy to make. This recipe will make approx 6-8 small ones or one large pud.

What he used:

3 oz plain flour
3 oz whole milk
2 oz water
1 x egg
Pepper to season
A little cooking oil

What he did:

Mixed all the ingredients together in a bowl (apart from the oil) with a whisk. Heated a little oil in the pan/baking tray. When the oil was very hot and bubbling he poured in the Yorkshire mixture. He then cooked this in the oven at approx 200c for about 20-30 minutes. Tah dah!
